What to do when an alarm goes off!

Your system alarm going off is definitely time sensitive but not necessarily a crisis.

Do not ignore your alarm!

Once you have contacted us, it is safe to turn off the alarm at the control panel or alarm buzzer. We can walk you through this process if you need help.

Usually, these alarms are set to give you one or two days notice before the issue becomes a bigger problem. We do suggest that you reduce your water usage drastically. This will ensure that your tank does not reach max capacity causing a backup in the home. It is ok to flush the toilet and take quick showers. Do not do laundry. Do not do dishes. Do not take a bath. These are all tasks that use large amounts of water and will inevitably cause a backup in your home.
